Men’s Discipleship Classes
Jesus ministry, was in large part, working with men to develop them to be the kinds of leaders that his church and this world would need. Every month we invite men throughout the Pacific Northwest to participate in a Men’s Discipleship Class that seeks to continue the kind of ministry that Jesus began. These classes deal with the challenges that men face today as husbands, fathers, and single men in our homes, schools and workplaces. Our vision includes training men who will take the gospel to other cities and nations as pastors, missionaries and evangelists. These times are part of preparing men for the destiny that God has for them. One of our Fellowship’s leadership and church-planting pastors from across the US is invited to bring a challenge from the Word of God to us. It is not only instruction, but in each session we seek to have a life transforming encounter with the Spirit of God. Whether a man is new in faith or walking with God for some time, he will find great help for being God’s man in this hour.
Serious Men’s Meeting
In a more informal gathering around coffee and pastries, men meet to wrestle with significant issues of life and ministry. Often very practical in nature, these sessions involve a brief message from Pastor Foley followed by questions and input for discussion. These are scheduled at the Fellowship Hall most Saturdays at 8:00 am after prayer at 7:00 am. The freedom to interact over topics often makes these some of the most helpful times for men’s individual lives.
We have some amazing cooks in our church, who occasionally put on an outstanding breakfast for us. These are very much like the Serous Men’s Meetings, but will often involve a larger group of men attending. These are lead by Pastor Foley or another of our Fellowship pastors. The breakfasts are held at the MacStage building, 744 Third St., McMinnville.
We would love to hear from you and to answer any questions you have about our Christian Fellowship Church, our ministries and services.
